Words are powerful! In the midst of crisis they are even more so.
My favorite word right this minute is “Launch”. Every time I see it, I sit up straighter, smile and click. I love seeing folks set things in motion versus sitting back and waiting. I love to see people try something new when it is tied to purpose. I love creativity in action!
We will come out of this crisis by continuing to move forward, not by waiting to go back to what was familiar. People who set things in motion will get us working again.
What have you seen someone launch over the last few weeks in response to COVID-19 that has impacted you directly?
P.S. My list includes curbside pick-up at Carrburritos in Davidson, my daughters teaching English online to Chinese students, musicians live streaming from homes, virtual trade marketing events and iRacing’s partnership with FOX to create live events.
